Description

  • Examine complex and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, correlations, concentrations, and emerging enterprise risk signals.
  • Develop repeatable analytical methods, dashboards, metrics, and visualizations to monitor enterprise risk.
  • Integrate insights from risk assessments, incidents, KRIs, audit findings, regulatory changes, business performance, and external signals.
  • Investigate shifts in risk indicators, test assumptions, identify root drivers, and separate meaningful signals from noise.
  • Automate recurring analyses, data preparation, and reporting with SQL, Python, AI, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Security, Operations, Strategy, and regional teams.
  • Present complex analytical findings as concise narratives and actionable recommendations for executives.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in risk analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or a related analytical field.
  • Ability to extract, clean, join, and analyze complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Practical experience using Python or comparable analytical tools for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable conclusions.
  • Ability to independently investigate unexpected results.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings as clear risk insights for leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to connect analytical findings to enterprise risks, opportunities, and decisions.
  • Commitment to using generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment and attend quarterly in-person working sessions.
