Description
- Work with online shops across a range of e-commerce sectors.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the team.
- Hold regular check-in calls and develop strong client relationships.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from start to finish.
- Create strategies and best practices for email volume and email marketing.
- Design innovative tests for clients.
- Coordinate with operations teams on copy, design, and technical delivery.
- Help improve clients’ growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Bring 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM.
- Experience with Klaviyo is an advantage.
- Be willing to learn new tools.
- Bring an open, approachable manner and a positive attitude.
- Use analytical skills to interpret data.
- Apply creativity to marketing strategy development.
- Speak German fluently.
- Have solid written and spoken English skills.
