Opis

  • Work with online shops across a range of e-commerce sectors.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the team.
  • Hold regular check-in calls and develop strong client relationships.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from start to finish.
  • Create strategies and best practices for email volume and email marketing.
  • Design innovative tests for clients.
  • Coordinate with operations teams on copy, design, and technical delivery.
  • Help improve clients’ growth and profitability.

Zahteve

  • Bring 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM.
  • Experience with Klaviyo is an advantage.
  • Be willing to learn new tools.
  • Bring an open, approachable manner and a positive attitude.
  • Use analytical skills to interpret data.
  • Apply creativity to marketing strategy development.
  • Speak German fluently.
  • Have solid written and spoken English skills.
