Design and troubleshoot electrical systems and components while coordinating technical projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Poland and Bulgaria.

Description

  • Designs and develops electrical systems and components with current technologies to meet project objectives and industry standards.
  • Investigates technical issues and resolves moderately complex electrical engineering problems to support efficient system performance.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical solutions and provides informal guidance to newer team members.
  • Finds opportunities to improve engineering processes, project workflows, and quality standards.
  • Creates technical documentation and reports covering project progress, system designs, and troubleshooting procedures for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and analyzing electrical systems, including understanding component functions and testing methods.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve moderately complex electrical engineering issues.
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering standards and practices, including DFSS tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to coordinate technical assignments and manage project tasks.
  • Skill in communicating complex technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Experience preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
  • Understanding of key business drivers and their application to engineering work.
  • Ability to provide informal guidance and support to new team members.
  • Strong systems and data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for developing engineering solutions.
  • Four-year bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent university degree recognized in the relevant country.
