Description

  • Work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution users to define ambiguous commercial needs as focused, high-value problems
  • Rapidly develop and refine LLM-powered tools for CRM intelligence, meeting preparation, campaign and audience analytics, and distribution reporting
  • Use real CRM and commercial data to anchor solution development
  • Advance concepts independently from whiteboard sketches to working prototypes without detailed specifications
  • Connect solutions to LLM enablement infrastructure, agent runtimes, internal data platforms, CRM, and marketing analytics systems
  • Maintain security, governance, and auditability standards appropriate to a regulated environment
  • Test solutions with users through rapid feedback cycles
  • Discontinue or redirect concepts that fail to demonstrate user adoption
  • Recognize prototypes suitable for production and work with engineering teams to scale them
  • Deliver operational tools adopted by Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams

Requirements

  • Experience partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, or Distribution organizations in asset management or financial services
  • Understanding of how funds are sold, serviced, and reported, including CRM, campaigns, mandates, and flows
  • Advanced Python proficiency
  • Substantial hands-on AWS engineering experience
  • Practical experience building or deploying agentic AI with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
  • Ability to become effective with AgentCore quickly
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control, and API design
  • Demonstrated ability to independently turn ambiguous concepts into working solutions in fast-paced, loosely defined environments
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration across distribution and engineering teams
  • Ability to apply security, data-governance, and responsible-AI controls through appropriate evaluation and human oversight
