Description

  • Partner with physician billing leaders to assess workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
  • Convert operational needs into clear, buildable requirements for Product and Engineering
  • Adapt R37 technology for physician billing requirements while supporting hospital billing workflows
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering throughout development to validate operational fit
  • Lead discovery, process mapping, requirements documentation, testing, validation, and implementation support
  • Use operational data to uncover root causes, trends, and automation opportunities
  • Manage and develop team members through guidance, mentoring, and performance support
  • Present strategies, requirements, risks, progress, and recommended solutions to operational and executive leaders

Requirements

  • At least eight years of healthcare operations experience, including revenue cycle management, provider, payer, or vendor work
  • Experience in or substantial exposure to physician billing operations
  • Experience managing and leading associates
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, IT, or similar technical teams on operational solutions
  • Ability to turn complex operational workflows into clear requirements, process maps, and implementation plans
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using data to identify trends, root causes, and performance opportunities
  • Knowledge of operating systems, payer portals, EHRs, and healthcare revenue cycle workflows
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate risks, and lead through ambiguity
  • Strong written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms and concepts quickly
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
