DFT Engineer Intern – RDSS at NVIDIA (Taiwan, Onsite)

Support NVIDIA custom IP and full-chip design validation through verification and simulation. Develop test patterns and contribute to silicon bring-up in Taiwan.

Description

  • Validate custom IP macros
  • Partner with Design, Integration, and TE teams to define verification scope, develop strategies, plan tests, and validate designs from IP and cluster levels through full-chip integration
  • Work with the CAD team to improve and streamline simulation flows
  • Create test patterns and support silicon bring-up

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Strong debugging and analytical abilities, including RTL and gate-level design tracing with Verdi and verification simulation using VCS
  • Familiarity with fundamental SoC architecture, including clocks, resets, power rails, I/O pads, and packages
  • Knowledge of Design for Test concepts such as Scan, ATPG, BIST, and JTAG is a plus
  • Experience with Python, Perl, Tcl, C, or C++ is a plus
  • Fluent English communication skills are required
  • Eligibility for the 2027 RDSS (Research and Development Substitute Services) program must be confirmed with the local district office
