Description

  • Develop applications with MongoDB, Next.js, Nest.js, Node.js, and DevOps practices
  • Write, review, test, deploy, and continuously improve enterprise products
  • Take part in recurring Scrum ceremonies
  • Design highly available and resilient systems with AWS services
  • Create and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines using YAML
  • Containerize and orchestrate applications with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Build scalable AWS infrastructure with EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
  • Develop secure, reliable web applications
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on architecture, scalability, and performance decisions
  • Design, build, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker
  • Address complex real-time performance and reliability challenges
  • Implement monitoring and logging to track system health and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
  • At least two years of Node.js, MERN stack, or equivalent development experience
  • At least two years of full-stack web application development experience
  • At least two years of experience in CI/CD or DevOps work
  • Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudFormation
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions
  • Practical experience using YAML for configuration management
  • Familiarity with Terraform
  • Proficiency with Git and GitHub
  • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
  • Experience applying secure software development and architecture practices
  • Familiarity with security best practices and protocols
  • Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, Jenkins, and Docker
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch or the ELK Stack
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Employment is contingent on successfully completing criminal, employment, and education background checks
  • AWS certifications, serverless architecture, microservices, networking and security, performance optimization, and community contributions are preferred
  • PHP experience is a strong advantage
