Description

  • Lead data scientists and analysts in delivering advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions
  • Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms
  • Maintain model accuracy, scalability, and integration with enterprise systems
  • Partner with data engineering teams to develop efficient data pipeline architecture
  • Shape organizational data strategy and work with business leaders to produce actionable insights
  • Define and uphold data science standards, methodologies, and governance practices
  • Assess and introduce AI, machine learning, and big data technologies
  • Manage project schedules, resource planning, and budgets
  • Track and communicate key performance indicators for data analytics programs
  • Manage two direct reports at the Data Scientist level

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent foreign degree
  • At least three years of post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or in data science or analytics leadership
  • Three years of experience using descriptive statistics and machine learning algorithms to identify data trends
  • Three years of experience developing and improving model performance with R and Python
  • Three years of experience designing deployment environments, scaling models, and troubleshooting with AWS, Azure, and Docker
  • Three years of experience assessing data structures and performing transformations with R, Python, and MySQL
  • Three years of experience producing analytics reports with ggplot and RShiny
  • Three years of experience leading and mentoring data scientists and analysts while establishing performance measures and team objectives
