Data and Analytics IT Manager — Electrolux Group, Curitiba (Hybrid)

Description
- Lead the regional Data & Analytics organization and deliver Electrolux Latin America’s data strategy
- Unify Data Governance, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics into a business-focused capability
- Manage a multidisciplinary team spanning governance, architecture, engineering, enterprise BI, and analytics
- Develop leaders and technical specialists while promoting collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
- Convert the Latin America data strategy into a prioritized roadmap tied to business objectives
- Guide long-term planning, investment choices, and capability development
- Work with business leaders to apply data, analytics, and AI to customer experience, revenue, operational efficiency, and decision-making
- Manage demand, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution governance across the Data & Analytics portfolio
- Create scalable processes, delivery standards, and decision-making forums
- Oversee data platforms, pipelines, analytics environments, and governance operations
- Maintain data quality, reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence
- Advance data literacy, data-informed decisions, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities
- Prepare the organization for future AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation initiatives
- Contribute to Lean Thinking projects and activities, including EMS/EAI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Substantial professional experience in Data & Analytics
- Leadership experience in at least two areas among Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Science
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams that include people managers and senior technical professionals
- Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, cloud architecture, data pipelines, data modeling, analytics, BI, and data governance
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or GenAI initiatives is desirable
- Advanced or fluent English is required
