Description

  • Design, build, and deploy Power Platform solutions supporting Dynamics 365 and model-driven Power Apps.
  • Convert business needs into technical specifications and actionable deliverables.
  • Work with technical leads, solution architects, internal teams, Microsoft partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions follow architecture principles, policies, Microsoft upgrade plans, design standards, reusable components, DevOps pipelines, and lifecycle practices.
  • Gather and clarify requirements, turning them into well-defined solution outcomes.
  • Support application lifecycle management across both waterfall and agile delivery methods.
  • Improve platform adoption, performance, configuration, scalability, and operational reliability.
  • Provide continued support and enhancements for solutions already in production.
  • Extend Dataverse and the Common Data Model according to industry best practices.
  • Handle non-functional needs such as secure configuration, access management, environment sizing, monitoring metrics, and support models.
  • Implement and maintain governance controls, including Data Loss Prevention and access policies.
  • Contribute to compliance and security assessments and help develop the governance model.
  • Share best practices through mentoring, knowledge exchange, community enablement, guidance, design standards, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience defining, designing, developing, testing, and deploying Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio use cases.
  • Working understanding of Azure cloud technologies and the Azure security model.
  • Clear communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A self-directed approach and awareness of current technologies, trends, best practices, and security considerations.
  • A collaborative approach with experience helping teams build their skills.
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft certifications are desirable, such as Power Platform Functional Specialist Associate, App Maker Associate, or Solution Architect Expert.
  • Experience extending Power Platform with C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies is desirable.
