Cyber Strategy and Architecture Manager - NVISO Security

Description
- Manage and develop a team of CISO and ISO consultants
- Work with clients to clarify business goals, risk exposure, and security needs
- Evaluate clients’ security maturity against ISO and NIST standards
- Design and deliver security programs tailored to each client’s requirements
- Own client security initiatives while promoting strong security practices
- Perform risk assessments and uncover security weaknesses
- Define practical approaches for reducing identified risks
- Supervise the rollout of security policies, processes, and controls
- Report security status and progress to management
- Lead stakeholder steering committees to shape and adjust security programs
Requirements
- Hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information security, or a related discipline
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Implementer or Auditor are strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience serving as a CISO or implementing ISO 27k programs for clients
- Hands-on experience with risk assessments, security roadmaps, CISOaaS, and policy development
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, NIS-2, GDPR, and related security frameworks
- Understanding of risk management methods and their use in cybersecurity
- Ability to understand complex business contexts and tailor communication and security programs to client needs
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Leadership capability for managing consultants and working with clients and cross-functional teams
