CTO Office Team Member, AI Agent Security — Zenity (Hybrid)

Join Zenity’s CTO Office in Israel to build and validate prototypes that address AI agent security challenges. You will investigate emerging threats and guide proven concepts toward product development.

Description

  • Turn ambiguous security challenges into technically grounded, working proofs of concept
  • Investigate customer needs, cybersecurity gaps, and the feasibility of potential solutions
  • Manage the full prototype lifecycle, from problem definition and evaluation through documentation and delivery
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and go-to-market teams to transform emerging problems into practical solutions
  • Choose appropriate architectures and tools while weighing technical tradeoffs
  • Guide validated proofs of concept into Engineering and Product for further development
  • Track advances in AI and share relevant findings with the team

Requirements

  • Significant hands-on experience in engineering or security research
  • Practical experience developing with large language models and AI agents
  • A clear understanding of how LLMs and AI agents operate, fail, and should be analyzed
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted software development
  • Strong knowledge of attack paths and defensive security controls
  • Ability to investigate unfamiliar areas, develop informed perspectives, and build solutions that validate them
  • Ability to weigh technical feasibility against customer needs and product value
  • Comfort working from an open-ended starting point, defining requirements and completion criteria independently
  • Ability to explain technical reasoning, present prototypes to technical and non-technical audiences, and document work clearly
  • Experience developing or researching cybersecurity products
  • Experience with AI agents or AI agent security
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or zero-to-one environment
  • Prior experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead
  • Public technical contributions, such as blog posts, conference presentations, open-source projects, or published research
