Creative Marketing Manager – NEON (Hybrid)

Lead creative marketing campaigns for NEON theatrical releases, spanning trailers, key art, social, and digital content. Coordinate agencies, filmmakers, and internal teams from initial brief through final delivery.

Description

  • Lead daily execution of creative campaigns across trailers, key art, social, digital, and theatrical materials from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Work with the Director of Creative Marketing to shape campaign concepts and turn strategy into clear briefs, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Prepare creative briefs, presentations, and internal communications that clarify campaign direction and align stakeholders.
  • Coordinate external creative partners while managing assets, deadlines, deliverables, and review cycles across concurrent campaigns.
  • Evaluate work in progress with the Director, sharpen concepts, and integrate feedback ahead of filmmaker and senior leadership presentations.
  • Partner with publicity, distribution, post-production, international, and other internal teams to deliver coordinated campaigns.
  • Track emerging creative trends, platforms, and technologies to enhance campaign quality and streamline workflows.
  • Keep project plans, asset libraries, budgets, and schedules current across multiple theatrical releases.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in creative marketing, theatrical marketing, creative production, or a related entertainment position.
  • Background creating assets for theatrical releases, including trailers, key art, and social or digital campaigns.
  • Strong creative judgment, refined taste, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to offer constructive feedback and advocate for compelling creative ideas.
  • Experience overseeing several creative projects, schedules, and stakeholder groups at the same time.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to develop productive relationships with creative teams, agencies, filmmakers, and internal partners.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Airtable or Asana.
  • Strong interest in film, storytelling, and theatrical marketing.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, curious, and motivated to develop as a creative leader.
