Contract Specialist - Canada Remote

Manage contract, pricing, and billing activities for Cencora’s Canadian patient and provider support services. Investigate discrepancies and keep accurate, audit-ready records.

Description

  • Maintain contract, pricing, customer, and billing data in designated systems
  • Examine contract terms, pricing conditions, effective dates, billing rules, and supporting records
  • Investigate transaction histories, source documents, and system data to correct contract and billing discrepancies
  • Determine underlying causes and record findings and corrective actions
  • Work with contracts, pricing, sales, finance, billing, and operations teams
  • Organize contract files, approvals, trackers, and documentation for audit readiness
  • Produce recurring and one-time reports covering discrepancy patterns, billing exceptions, contract status, and pricing changes
  • Follow established controls, workflows, and documentation requirements
  • Apply approved changes to master data, templates, or procedures to help prevent billing errors and revenue leakage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, legal studies, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience in contract administration, billing, pricing, commercial operations, finance operations, or a comparable field
  • Certification in contract management, pricing, or billing operations is preferred
