Description
- Develop design proposals and provide feedback on assigned features in line with the overall game vision.
- Present feature concepts and supporting rationale to internal leads for review and approval.
- Create game design documents for assigned mechanics, systems, and features.
- Write narrative content and dialogue for assigned game elements.
- Specify the technical requirements and system details needed by integration teams.
- Establish rules, formulas, and balancing parameters for assigned mechanics.
- Implement and refine assigned systems, economies, and progression loops.
- Present design specifications and prototypes to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide development teams with finalized design documentation and integration guidance.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience designing systems, characters, or economies for at least one shipped game.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Practical experience using Unity and building tools within the engine.
- Strong mathematical ability.
- Advanced technical proficiency with Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
