Commercial Process Consultant | Portugal Remote

Description
- Analyze commercial processes and collaborate with global and local market stakeholders
- Lead workshops, capture requirements, challenge market variations, and document approved exceptions
- Create process maps, narratives, business rules, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Support the Veeva CRM to Vault CRM transition by reviewing capabilities, identifying gaps, and evaluating business impact
- Review solution demonstrations and resolve requirement questions with project and platform teams
- Track decisions, dependencies, exceptions, and end-to-end requirements traceability
- Contribute to business testing and produce relevant handover documentation
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or process consulting
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations or customer engagement
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce-based Veeva CRM processes
- Participation in at least one Vault CRM discovery, transition, requirements, configuration review, or business-testing project
- Experience working across multiple markets with field users and global process owners
- Strong capability in process mapping, requirements management, and acceptance-criteria development
- Knowledge of segmentation, targeting, call planning and reporting, customer follow-up, consent, and access dependencies
- BPMN, Agile, Jira/Confluence, or Veeva certification experience is advantageous
- German or French language skills are advantageous
