Cell Therapy Account Manager – Recife, Brazil (Onsite)

Lead account management for Gilead and Kite cell therapies in Recife and Salvador. Coordinate healthcare-provider relationships, delivery-centre operations, audits, patient access, and cross-functional support.

Description

  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Present Gilead therapies to healthcare professionals at designated delivery and referral centres
  • Partner with the local Kite cross-functional team to manage HCP engagement, align messaging, and build account plans
  • Build strong working relationships with Therapy Area Experts, senior account leaders, decision-makers, and key influencers
  • Engage qualified centre leaders to explain Kite products and support their operational implementation
  • Manage the qualification and activation of new delivery centres, including recurring annual or biannual audits
  • Work with the Kite Cross-Functional Team to coordinate the cell journey and support patient access and delivery
  • Share HCP feedback and field insights with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams
  • Support professional events by staffing exhibits, summarizing scientific sessions, and arranging meetings with Therapy Area Experts
  • Keep management informed about account trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industry developments, and business opportunities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated high performance in pharmaceutical-industry commercial roles
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions
  • Strong commercial and scientific judgment, including the ability to explain scientific information and the value of Kite constructs
  • Proven commitment to delivering high-quality support to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strategic understanding of the haematology and oncology markets over the long term
  • Experience delivering products or therapies with complex customer logistics and coordination requirements
  • Ability to collaborate successfully with field-based colleagues and internal cross-functional partners
  • Skill in navigating complex account structures and identifying stakeholder needs at every level
  • Experience managing projects and executing initiatives in large accounts, including strategic planning, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to act with urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
  • Product launch experience; experience launching products in academic hospitals is preferred
  • Oncology or haematology experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance obligations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional written, spoken, and presentation skills in English
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed
  • Degree in life sciences
