Description
- Investigate casualty claims from assignment through resolution
- Confirm coverage, collect claim details, and record findings
- Negotiate settlements within delegated authority
- Find subrogation and other recovery opportunities
- Coordinate with policyholders, claimants, agents, and other parties
- Keep claim records accurate and meet regulatory requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- At least six months of claims-related experience is required
- An active Texas All-Lines or Property & Casualty Adjuster License is required
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service abilities
- A valid Texas driver's license is required
