Buyer I, Maintenance and Supplies – Lojas Renner
Manage maintenance and supplies procurement for Lojas Renner’s logistics and distribution centers. Negotiate with suppliers, contracts, and commercial terms.
Description
- Oversee purchasing for maintenance and supplies supporting logistics and distribution centers.
- Negotiate and prepare contracts and documentation in line with Lojas Renner’s strategy.
- Source new suppliers and reduce procurement risks according to company guidelines.
- Negotiate budget-aligned commercial terms and prepare comparative proposals.
- Evaluate taxes and manage purchasing agreements and renewals as required.
- Analyze competitors, benchmarks, and best practices to inform relevant business scenarios.
- Coordinate contracts between Lojas Renner’s Legal team and supplier legal teams through signature.
- Work with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to facilitate information flow for commercial contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience with purchasing or sales negotiations, procurement, contract review, and project work.
- Prior experience in retail or another large-scale industry.
- Strong negotiation and supplier and stakeholder relationship-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent systems.
