Cloud Architect, AI and OpenShift — Red Hat
Design and deliver Red Hat cloud, OpenShift, AI, and MLOps solutions for customers in Riyadh. Lead architecture workshops, deployments, and consulting practices that support reliable, scalable delivery.
Description
- Design customer solutions and oversee reliable implementation and support.
- Run discovery, analysis, and design workshops with technical and non-technical customer teams.
- Define customer use cases and guide architecture decisions.
- Plan delivery projects and support customers through pilot and production deployments.
- Create content that helps Red Hat sell, deliver, and support cloud and infrastructure solutions at scale.
- Build repeatable methods and tools to expand Red Hat services, encourage repeat engagements, and reduce delivery risk.
- Help deliver Red Hat solutions using the company’s tools and technologies, and lead delivery where needed.
- Provide expertise in Red Hat infrastructure, cloud technology, Red Hat AI, and MLOps.
- Advise on automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover.
- Assess customer infrastructure and business needs, then recommend solutions suited to their environments.
- Lead on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat technology.
Requirements
- Previous experience in consulting and ability to deliver one-to-one assignments.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including presenting to customers and leading discussions.
- Excellent delivery-level knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies.
- Experience deploying container technologies in enterprise environments, including at enterprise scale.
- Knowledge of one or more Red Hat infrastructure products, such as OpenShift Container Platform or Ansible Automation Platform.
- Familiarity with the open source community.
- Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
- Good written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and Red Hat OpenShift AI.
- Experience moving applications and teams onto cloud or container platforms and introducing DevOps, continuous delivery, application lifecycle management, and GitOps.
- Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification.
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification.
