Description
- Serve as a finance business partner to the Power Consulting teams in the UK and Spain
- Inform strategic decisions with financial analysis and actionable business insights
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans
- Track business performance while identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
- Produce accurate monthly reports, financial analyses, and performance reviews
- Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks
- Assist with audits, risk management activities, and balance sheet reviews
- Lead process improvements that increase efficiency, standardization, and data quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related discipline
- Three to seven years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance
- Strong capabilities in analysis, problem-solving, and financial reporting
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Clear communication skills for explaining financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively across international teams
