Business Analyst (Toronto Hybrid) - Sodales Solutions

Business Analyst responsible for translating business needs into requirements, technical designs, prototypes, and user acceptance testing. The role coordinates cross-functional projects, stakeholders, and delivery milestones in Toronto.

Description

  • Interview internal and external stakeholders to define solution requirements and document user stories
  • Coordinate with business users and partners, maintain relationships, and track requirement changes
  • Produce Business Requirements Documents, system flows, and sequence diagrams to define project scope
  • Develop low-fidelity prototypes and test end-to-end scenarios throughout the application development lifecycle
  • Run User Acceptance Testing and work with QA teams on use cases, test strategies, and test data
  • Develop technical and system solutions for real-time technical issues
  • Advise and collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and customers
  • Convert customer requirements into detailed technical design specifications
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and keep deliverables on schedule
  • Assign tasks to the appropriate product and functional leads
  • Lead projects, distribute responsibilities, and support team productivity to prevent schedule and cost delays
  • Review client project management processes, identify gaps, and help develop integrated plans with activities and deadlines
  • Track project milestones to ensure they are completed on time

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, business management, or a related field
  • At least three years of business analysis experience
  • Working knowledge of Agile, ASAP, and Design Thinking methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including identifying improvements and recommending product road maps
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
  • Knowledge of cross-platform integration
  • SAP technology experience is an asset
  • Experience delivering full-lifecycle implementations
