- Create materials and presentations for conferences, seminars, and client meetings
- Build working knowledge of web technologies, systems analysis, and software development methods
- Guide clients through implementation, project milestones, training, and continued use of technology applications and services
- Collect, document, validate, and coordinate business requirements, project objectives, and client expectations
- Develop and deliver status reports, analyses, project deliverables, presentations, training resources, and client communications
- Investigate federal and state policies, legislation, industry standards, and funding requirements
- Document and enhance business processes while supporting practical business and technical solutions
- Support proposal teams through content research, section writing, contribution coordination, and submission preparation
- Review large datasets to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Enter, maintain, organize, and verify project data and documentation
- Assist with project administration by monitoring activities, deliverables, risks, and follow-up actions
- Support project budget management, related documentation, and client invoicing
- Work collaboratively with the team and take on additional responsibilities as required
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in education, business, or a technical discipline
- One to three years of relevant experience in K-12 education, public-sector programs, education technology, or a related area
- Residence in the Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina area, or Greenville, South Carolina, is required
- Strong analytical, research, organizational, presentation, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication abilities
- Careful, detail-focused approach to investigating and resolving business and technical issues
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, clients, or priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work successfully both independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to advance work while requesting guidance when needed
- Adaptability and willingness to respond to changing priorities and evolving client requirements
- Curiosity and motivation to continue learning
- Commitment to high-quality client service and effective professional relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- SQL experience is preferred
