Description

  • Represent Procurement’s business needs and priorities
  • Collect, assess, document, and confirm business requirements
  • Review current processes and help define future-state processes
  • Plan and lead workshops with Process Owners, subject-matter experts, and users
  • Compare requirements with proposed solutions to identify gaps
  • Record processes, business rules, requirements, decisions, and trade-offs
  • Evaluate impacts across processes, data, roles, responsibilities, and working practices
  • Develop recommendations and support informed decisions
  • Take part in functional solution validation
  • Set the scope and approach for business testing
  • Create test scenarios and cases, coordinate testing, and monitor defects
  • Confirm corrections and help formulate deployment recommendations
  • Support change management, communications, and training activities
  • Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and reference materials
  • Evaluate team readiness ahead of deployment
  • Assist users before, during, and after go-live
  • Help stabilize processes and solutions while monitoring adoption
  • Assess, segment, and prioritize the supplier population
  • Schedule and coordinate supplier onboarding waves
  • Oversee communications, invitations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Help suppliers complete registration and activation
  • Monitor onboarding progress and flag barriers
  • Coordinate issue resolution with appropriate teams
  • Create and monitor implementation metrics
  • Enhance supplier-facing guides, communications, and tools
  • Work with internal teams and SAP Business Network stakeholders
  • Help Procurement teams use SAP Ariba
  • Document pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Support ongoing process and solution stabilization
  • Prioritize and verify fixes and enhancements
  • Transfer knowledge to internal teams
  • Monitor risks, issues, decisions, and action items
  • Prepare progress updates and management metrics

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, Deployment Consultant, or in a comparable position
  • Practical experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
  • Background in a business systems implementation or transformation initiative
  • Experience spanning design, testing, change management, training, deployment, and user support
  • Experience managing and assisting suppliers
  • Proven ability to gather and assess requirements, validate findings, document processes and business rules, perform gap reviews, and conduct impact assessments
  • Ability to communicate business-line needs to technology teams and implementation partners
  • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, SAP Fieldglass, or a comparable platform
  • Experience working in large-scale environments
  • Fluent written and spoken French
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Availability to work in Canada; the application asks applicants to specify their Canadian work permit type
