Description

  • Drive retail sales by combining technology knowledge with attentive customer service.
  • Discover customer needs by building rapport and asking thoughtful questions.
  • Recommend products and solutions that address customers’ needs.
  • Complete sales through clear communication and tailored technology solutions.
  • Build skills through ongoing training in merchandising and inventory operations.
  • Contact current Verizon customers by phone and text about products and services they have expressed interest in.
  • Represent Verizon at sponsored community events to reach prospective customers.
  • Work onsite at designated Verizon retail locations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of relevant work or military experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to take on additional shifts.
  • Commission-based sales experience is preferred.
  • Sales experience communicating with customers to identify solutions is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • May need to complete an assessment lasting approximately 19 minutes.
