Description

  • Provide customer service through chat for BRM Peru
  • Handle customer inquiries in Spanish and English
  • Work scheduled eight-hour shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
  • Work Monday through Sunday with one weekly rest day
  • Follow a hybrid arrangement that is 95% remote and 5% on-site as needed

Requirements

  • B2-level English or higher, with certification required
  • At least three months of customer service experience is preferred
  • Availability to work under a hybrid arrangement that is 95% remote and 5% on-site as needed
  • Excellent written communication in Spanish and English is essential
  • Secondary education
  • Availability Monday through Sunday, with one weekly rest day
