Hybrid Full-time Middle Senior English Required Behavior Analyst

Description

Complete comprehensive client assessments and observe behavior
Define target behaviors and establish measurable treatment objectives
Create and carry out Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)
Partner with clients ages 2–21, their families, and multidisciplinary providers
Evaluate and refine preference assessments and reinforcement approaches
Deliver rehabilitative interventions and activities ordered by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
Provide direct client care consistent with ABA standards
Offer appropriate clinical supervision and team leadership
Keep documentation and service delivery aligned with licensing and regulatory standards
Maintain current Pennsylvania criminal, child abuse, and FBI clearances

Requirements

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Graduate degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, social work, education, or counseling
Active Pennsylvania license as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
Pennsylvania licensure with a scope of practice that permits oversight of ABA services
Ability to obtain Pennsylvania criminal, child abuse, and FBI clearances
Prior leadership or supervision experience is preferred but not required
