Description

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services for Binance Pay and Card products
  • Create scalable APIs and microservices for payment processing, transaction management, merchant services, and related financial workflows
  • Help build distributed systems designed for high-volume, latency-sensitive transactions
  • Use databases, caching systems, message queues, and infrastructure components to strengthen performance and reliability
  • Implement transaction workflows that address retries, idempotency, concurrency, and failures
  • Help investigate production issues through logs, metrics, tracing, and root-cause analysis
  • Produce clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to code reviews
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support system reliability, observability, security, and sound engineering practices
  • Work with backend engineers, product managers, QA engineers, and other teams to deliver reliable, secure, scalable payment services
  • Contribute to backend systems supporting crypto and fiat payment experiences for users and merchants worldwide

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Solid grounding in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and core computer science principles
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language, such as Java, Go, C++, Python, or a comparable language
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including indexes, transactions, and fundamental database design
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, HTTP, networking, and client-server architecture
  • Understanding of operating systems, concurrency, and foundational backend engineering concepts
  • Able to write clear, maintainable code and approach technical problems systematically
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced engineering environment
  • Current university students and recent graduates are eligible to apply; employment or engagement is governed by the contract and applicable local laws.
