Associate Family Law Attorney - Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Description
- Handle family law matters involving divorce, custody, and child or spousal support
- Communicate directly with clients
- Prepare legal documents
- Conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and participate in mediations
- Manage competing responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented practice
- Attend in-person meetings with courts and clients when required
Requirements
- 0–3 years of family law experience
- Family law experience is preferred; candidates with litigation experience who want to practice family law are also considered
- Active admission to the Texas State Bar
- Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a client-focused approach
- Ability to perform assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations
