Description
- Apply AI tools to ideation, concept development, and design production
- Create brand identities, logos, and cohesive visual identity systems
- Produce marketing materials such as social graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and campaign assets
- Develop print and digital designs for varied formats and platforms
- Build presentation decks, pitch materials, and corporate communications
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Partner with project managers and teammates to interpret briefs and deliver effective design solutions
- Turn initial concepts into polished, production-ready deliverables
- Resize and adapt existing designs for new formats, dimensions, and channels
- Ensure consistent branding across every visual touchpoint
- Process feedback and deliver revisions promptly and professionally
- Keep current with design trends, typography, layout, and visual communication practices
- Share progress clearly and maintain project momentum
Requirements
- At least four years of professional graphic design experience
- Demonstrated AI design capability is required
- Regularly incorporate AI creative tools into the standard design workflow
- Present a strong portfolio featuring brand identity, marketing, and digital design projects
- Work proficiently in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and comparable design tools
- Understand typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy fundamentals
- Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
- Communicate well and contribute collaboratively
- Client, agency, or white-label project experience is preferred
- Work independently in a remote, flexible setting
- Be available for collaboration during EST working hours
- Startup or agency experience
- Submit a resume, portfolio, brief description of AI tool experience, and an explanation of how you manage multiple projects and deadlines
