Description

  • Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews from the earliest design stages in partnership with Product and R&D
  • Integrate security testing, tooling, and automated controls into CI/CD pipelines, products, and technology environments
  • Establish guardrails for access control, data exposure, injection threats, and rate limiting
  • Develop scripts and automation that strengthen security workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Protect cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Manage WAF and site protection, including custom rules, rate limiting, bot mitigation, and DDoS defenses
  • Direct detection, response, and incident management across endpoint, cloud, and application layers
  • Integrate and maintain security controls such as SAST, cloud security platforms, WAF, and EDR while coordinating penetration testing and remediation
  • Help meet SOC 2 and ISO 27001 requirements

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, or Security Engineering, including ownership of production systems and hands-on application security work
  • Demonstrated success integrating security into product design and partnering with developers on secure development and remediation
  • Practical security experience with GCP or AWS
  • Working knowledge of AI and LLM security, including model access, data leakage, and prompt injection
  • Hands-on experience with WAF and site protection
  • Scripting and automation proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash
  • Ability to work independently, own outcomes, and collaborate with Product, R&D, and infrastructure teams
  • Fluent English
  • Experience securing generative AI or ML product features in production is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI gateways and platforms such as LiteLLM, OpenRouter, and Amazon Bedrock, as well as LLM observability tools, is a plus
  • Relevant certifications, including CISSP or GCP/AWS security certifications, are a plus
