Accounts Payable Specialist – Dublin Onsite
Manage SAP invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and multi-currency bank payments for Uniphar’s pharmaceutical supply chain. Support supplier queries, Treasury coordination, and shared-services performance across business units.
Description
- Reconcile vendor accounts for PLC, Uniphar, Allphar, and Durbin
- Process ad hoc EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, and AUD bank payments across all business units
- Keep supplier queries current and accurately tracked
- Coordinate with Treasury on vendor reconciliation activities
- Verify that SAP invoices include the required supporting documentation
- Work with suppliers to resolve queries and exceptions
- Report KPI data on invoice-processing performance against industry benchmarks
- Build cross-functional relationships to help resolve finance queries
- Create and maintain clear, high-quality work instructions
- Help ensure the effective operation of shared-services functions
Requirements
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence collaborating at all levels across a large organization and beyond the finance function
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a multifunctional team
