Sustainability Solutions Sales Representative at Stryker
Drive Stryker’s medical-device recycling and reprocessing sales across healthcare facilities. Manage customer relationships, collections, education, purchase orders, and cost-saving programs.
विवरण
- Plan and coordinate the collection of used Stryker medical devices and sales of approved reprocessed devices to generate revenue.
- Contribute to the Healthcare Solutions team while supporting Stryker’s Mission and Values.
- Help prepare and execute sales, campaign, business, and product development plans.
- Engage healthcare facility staff to review usage, resolve concerns, and explain the environmental and financial value of Stryker’s recycling program.
- Create customer-specific action plans for reprocessing and returning reprocessed single-use medical devices.
- Track product availability and consistently secure and close purchase orders.
- Build relationships across departments within assigned healthcare facilities to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Participate in or lead business reviews and in-service meetings that educate and influence customers.
- Connect Stryker Sustainability Solutions with customer business challenges and cost-saving objectives.
- Show customers how recycling and reprocessing programs support their goals.
- Launch reprocessing programs for new accounts and customers.
- Conduct savings audits and present current and projected cost reductions.
- Coordinate the regular collection and shipment of recyclable single-use medical devices to production facilities.
- Track product usage during pickups to maximize recycling and account service.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least one year of experience in an outside sales role.
- Ability to travel by ground and air to support territory responsibilities and company-related duties.
- Valid driver’s license.
