- Prepare door hardware schedules and detailed technical specifications
- Check project requirements for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Provide technical guidance to customers and internal colleagues
- Coordinate multiple projects while managing competing priorities
- Use specification software and digital tools to create practical solutions
- Collaborate with experienced industry professionals on active projects
- Develop technical and commercial capability through structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience
आवश्यकताएँ
- Background through study or employment in building design, architectural drafting, CAD, architecture, interior design, construction, estimating, building products, door hardware, technical customer service, or a comparable technical setting; transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn are also relevant
- Strong written English and numerical ability
- High level of attention to detail
- Capacity to learn quickly and resolve problems
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership
- Organised approach to handling challenges and completing work
- Ability to establish constructive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
