- Develop native content concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories, YouTube Shorts and emerging formats
- Turn audience insights, trends and cultural moments into relevant content that fits brand guidelines
- Build repeatable series, including street interviews, challenges and recurring formats
- Write and adapt short scripts for sketches, shaping hooks, beats, payoffs and calls to action
- Work with strategists, client teams and creatives to connect content with communications goals and campaigns
- Shoot social content on mobile devices or lightweight equipment, with attention to framing, lighting, sound and pace
- Present naturally and engagingly on camera at public locations and events
- Make comedy sketches, characters, scripted punchlines, comedic reactions and unscripted content
- Manage street interviews from approaching people and asking questions to securing permissions and keeping interactions safe and respectful
- Capture spontaneous content during shoots, brand activations, launches, live events and behind the scenes
- Edit mainly in CapCut, adding subtitles, motion, transitions and sound design with pacing suited to each platform
- Create multiple content versions for testing and improvement
- Follow basic brand guidelines while keeping content native and unpolished in feel
- Support publishing with community-focused engagement, prompts, comment hooks and reply strategies
- Use performance feedback to shape future ideas and optimise content
- Monitor emerging trends, audio, formats, creator styles and platform updates
- Keep a trend bank and propose recommendations each week
- Create content that builds community engagement and growth across key social platforms

- Demonstrated ability to develop concepts, shoot and edit social content from start to finish
- Strong practical knowledge of CapCut, including captions, effects, pacing, templates and sound
- Comfortable performing on camera in public, approaching people for vox pops and filming in busy settings; able to deliver comedy sketches and scripted segments while maintaining brand tone and safety
- Confident creating spontaneous content and improvising on camera
- Able to shoot clear mobile video, with good awareness of audio and basic lighting
- Strong understanding of native TikTok and Instagram Reels styles and what drives engagement
- Able to work quickly and respond to trends and briefs
- Clear communicator who acts professionally when filming in public
- Experienced in running street interview formats and writing questions that elicit strong answers
- Thorough understanding of social analytics
- Strong understanding of creator and influencer culture and platform storytelling styles
- Portfolio of social-first video work, with links
- Organised and self-directed in planning shoots, capturing assets and delivering edits on time
