विवरण

  • Maintain, repair, and diagnose Scania trucks at the Tilburg facility three days each week.
  • Use the latest diagnostic methods and workshop tools.
  • Resolve complex technical faults.
  • Work as Defense Supervisor at the State Owned Workshop in Oirschot two days each week.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for Scania vehicles.
  • Support technicians and monitor work quality.
  • Schedule maintenance according to PMC plans and organize repair work.
  • Coordinate technician deployment with civilian and defense personnel.
  • Maintain daily contact with the Business Office regarding scheduled work.
  • Prepare and close work orders, provide parts, and perform follow-up inspections.
  • Manage the workshop’s own warehouse, monitor stock, and ensure parts are ordered on time.
  • Plan and monitor ADR and Fassi inspections.
  • Coordinate with ODB groups on maintenance, diagnostics, and recovery.
  • Act as Scania’s point of contact for the relevant defense barracks.
  • Participate in consultations and meetings concerning Scania vehicles.
  • Track technicians’ working hours and contribute to the monthly DSO KPI meeting.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • MBO-4 level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • Experience as a commercial vehicle mechanic, service technician, or in a comparable technical role.
  • Experience maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing commercial vehicles, trucks, or comparable vehicle systems.
  • An interest in planning and organizing technical work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and maintain oversight when schedules change.
  • Strong communication skills and a responsible approach.
  • Experience in or familiarity with a military organization is an advantage.
