- Analyze marketing campaigns, channel results, pricing, lead generation, and partner growth through recurring and ad hoc studies.
- Advise lifecycle and product teams with analytical insights, business cases, and scenario models.
- Create presentation-ready materials that communicate findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Help leadership prepare content for partner discussions and internal business reviews.
- Build expertise in lifecycle and product pipelines, audience segments, and event-level data.
- Monitor data to uncover underperforming functionality and raise issues proactively.
- Create and manage recurring dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership stakeholders.
- Apply ChatGPT, Copilot, Tableau GPT, Claude, Cursor, and similar AI tools to streamline reporting and explore data.
- Work with lifecycle and product teams to understand OKRs, identify opportunities, and support high-priority initiatives.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, or a related discipline.
- Two to four years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable role.
- Relevant industry experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, plus advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data mining is a plus.
- Familiarity with BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Qlik.
