- Design, build, and scale reliable software systems at Tempus.
- Develop de-identification systems that transform clinical, molecular, and other identified patient data into research-ready datasets.
- Design and scale data pipelines and event-driven services that protect privacy while preserving analytical value.
- Lead projects that contribute to quarterly team objectives.
- Work effectively through ambiguity and changing project conditions.
- Partner with leadership to define ambitious, achievable goals and turn them into actionable projects.
- Support colleagues’ development by accounting for their skills, backgrounds, and working styles.
- Offer constructive feedback and coaching while addressing issues without assigning blame.
- Create flexible, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Identify and escalate technical dependencies managed by other teams.
