Senior Oracle Analytics Cloud and Essbase Administrator
Document Finance and ERP systems for a banking client, translating business needs into reporting, data, and technical deliverables across Oracle Analytics Cloud and Essbase.

- Produce technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
- Record workflows for budgeting and allocations
- Document data models, data flows, and financial calculations
- Describe integrations between finance systems and enterprise platforms
- Build architecture, process, and data diagrams in Visio
- Turn complex technical and financial concepts into clear documentation
- Convert business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data maps, and project records
- Connect Finance, Business, and Technology teams throughout project delivery
- Work with technical teams to align solutions with business and reporting goals
- Assist with data checks, reconciliations, testing, and user acceptance testing
- Review business processes and identify improvements and automation opportunities
- Coordinate ERP, Essbase, and OAC teams for end-to-end solution delivery
- Explain complex business and technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least 10 years of business analysis experience supporting Finance, ERP, and enterprise reporting programs
- Have hands-on development experience with Oracle ERP, Essbase, or OAC
- Gather, assess, and document business, functional, and reporting needs
- Know Oracle ERP Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets
- Understand Essbase cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, and financial reporting
- Understand Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards, reporting, KPIs, and analytics
- Live in the Charlotte, North Carolina area
- Be available to work onsite three days per week on a hybrid schedule
- Be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder authorized to work on W-2
- Require no visa sponsorship
- Maintain an established LinkedIn profile
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, training materials, and architecture, process, and data diagrams in Visio
- Present technical and financial concepts clearly to business and technology audiences
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data maps, and project records
- Support data validation, reconciliation, testing, and UAT
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities through business process analysis
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
