- Shape the product roadmap while pursuing agreed career objectives
- Partner with the team to deliver, assess, and refine new features
- Lead projects from initial concept through post-release operations
- Contribute to open-source work beyond the team’s immediate responsibilities
- Design, develop, operate, and maintain Grafana’s mobile application
- Take ownership of application reliability, performance, and availability
- Join on-call rotations and remain accountable for the application
- Mentor and support colleagues across the team
- Contribute to design discussions and collaborative decision-making
- Build knowledge of Grafana Cloud, its customers, and a large distributed-system codebase
आवश्यकताएँ
- Be based in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, or Germany
- Have experience with at least one native mobile platform, Android or iOS
- Bring strong experience developing production Flutter applications, including state management, navigation, asynchronous programming, and maintainable architecture
- Have delivered mobile features from discovery through release, including clarifying requirements, evaluating solutions, building and testing, managing CI/CD workflows, and publishing updates to the App Store and Google Play
- Be comfortable connecting mobile applications to backend APIs and cloud services
- Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code
- Work independently with a strong bias toward action
- Take a customer-focused approach to product development
- Create intuitive products that address customer needs
- Analyze, design, and build modular solutions, release MVPs, collect feedback, and iterate
- Communicate effectively and collaborate in a fully remote environment
