Description

  • Shape the product roadmap while pursuing agreed career objectives
  • Partner with the team to deliver, assess, and refine new features
  • Lead projects from initial concept through post-release operations
  • Contribute to open-source work beyond the team’s immediate responsibilities
  • Design, develop, operate, and maintain Grafana’s mobile application
  • Take ownership of application reliability, performance, and availability
  • Join on-call rotations and remain accountable for the application
  • Mentor and support colleagues across the team
  • Contribute to design discussions and collaborative decision-making
  • Build knowledge of Grafana Cloud, its customers, and a large distributed-system codebase

Requirements

  • Be based in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, or Germany
  • Have experience with at least one native mobile platform, Android or iOS
  • Bring strong experience developing production Flutter applications, including state management, navigation, asynchronous programming, and maintainable architecture
  • Have delivered mobile features from discovery through release, including clarifying requirements, evaluating solutions, building and testing, managing CI/CD workflows, and publishing updates to the App Store and Google Play
  • Be comfortable connecting mobile applications to backend APIs and cloud services
  • Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code
  • Work independently with a strong bias toward action
  • Take a customer-focused approach to product development
  • Create intuitive products that address customer needs
  • Analyze, design, and build modular solutions, release MVPs, collect feedback, and iterate
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate in a fully remote environment
