- Professional experience delivering React and TypeScript applications with complex user workflows
- Experience shaping frontend architecture for products with substantial application state and backend-service integrations
- Strong command of component architecture, state management, forms, routing, and maintainable frontend practices
- Experience developing multi-step or workflow-driven applications with validation, conditional logic, persistence, recovery, and clear error handling
- Understanding of frontend authentication and role-aware interfaces, including backend enforcement of protected controls
- Experience collaborating with backend engineers to define API contracts and data structures
- Strong practices in accessibility, responsive design, browser compatibility, and frontend performance
- Experience creating automated frontend tests for critical components and user workflows
- Ability to review code, establish frontend standards, and guide other frontend developers
- Ability to work independently as the senior frontend React engineer on a greenfield product and make sound architectural decisions
