  • Define and deliver the enterprise data architecture, covering models, pipelines, and platform strategy.
  • Direct integrations among Salesforce, customer-experience platforms, and third-party systems.
  • Set and maintain standards for data quality, metadata, lineage, and classification.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams on privacy, retention, and access controls.
  • Help maintain compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS requirements.
  • Conduct data risk reviews, support vendor onboarding, and maintain technical audit readiness.
  • Manage and mentor data engineers, analysts, and other data specialists.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development.
  • Promote consistent data practices and strengthen the organization’s data-driven culture.
  • Advise on modern data stacks, cloud architecture, and advanced analytics.
  • Select, implement, and manage enterprise data platforms.
  • Assess and deploy ELT tooling, dbt, Kafka, and cloud-native services.
  • Support enterprise analytics, AI/ML applications, and organization-wide data warehousing.
  • Report to the Director of Enterprise Applications & Data.
  • Initially manage one direct report, with scope for future team growth.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least eight years of progressive experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with modern data stacks and tools such as ELT platforms, dbt, Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Background managing cross-functional data teams.
  • Strong knowledge of OLTP and OLAP data modeling, APIs, and systems integration.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
  • Experience applying AI/ML, predictive analytics, or advanced data science.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and deliver against deadlines.
  • Availability during regular business hours with scheduling flexibility.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% when needed.
  • Certifications such as CDMP, AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty, or TOGAF are preferred.
  • A master’s degree is preferred.
