- Deploy Corega brand strategies effectively across export markets
- Shape and refine brand direction using consumer and customer insights
- Lead annual market activation plans aligned with three-year growth drivers
- Coordinate cross-functional teams centered on the brand
- Own annual brand P&L, including sales, profit, and budget management
- Coach and support junior marketing associates
- Strengthen brand equity by deploying and localizing global toolkits
- Advance innovation strategy by delivering the global innovation vision board
- Oversee local and global agency partnerships and cross-functional relationships
- Deliver media, creative, and digital marketing programs
- Partner with sales to strengthen customer engagement and in-store execution
- Monitor brand and program KPIs and recommend corrective actions

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
- At least five years of brand marketing experience in consumer products or OTC categories
- Background leading projects with cross-functional and international teams
- Demonstrated success delivering insight-led campaigns, growing brands, and supporting product launches
- Ability to operate in a matrix structure while coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Commercial judgment supported by experience interpreting business and performance data
- Comfort working in fast-moving, continuously changing environments
- Working knowledge of business planning, budget oversight, and export market operations
