  • Lead technical design and delivery for complex AI software, generative AI, agentic AI, model serving, and MLOps projects.
  • Engage client technical and business stakeholders, project sponsors, architects, and delivery leaders throughout complex engagements.
  • Coordinate with professional services managers, architects, project managers, sales teams, partners, and clients to align expectations and manage risks, decisions, and timelines.
  • Act as the technical contact for customer projects, advising on application architecture, integration, security, observability, evaluation, and operational readiness.
  • Mentor engineers in software design, development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and client delivery practices.
  • Contribute to sales efforts through discovery, solution validation, proposals, statements of work, estimates, and presentations.
  • Maintain project records, including as-built configurations, test plans, work logs, and client handoff materials.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree plus five years delivering complex software, data, or AI/ML solutions across planning, development, implementation, integration, and support; or nine years of such experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and lead implementation of production-grade AI applications and MLOps solutions.
  • Advanced software development experience with Python, APIs, containers, Kubernetes, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with NVIDIA NIM, NVIDIA Blueprints, model-serving platforms, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or comparable AI software ecosystems.
  • Experience designing retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, agentic workflows, enterprise integrations, and evaluation approaches.
  • Working knowledge of model optimization, inference patterns, security, observability, data governance, and production operations.
  • Understanding of GPU infrastructure and accelerated computing dependencies, and how software architecture choices affect performance and scalability.
  • Ability to research advanced technologies, assess alternatives, make recommendations, and present findings to clients and management.
  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical recommendations in business terms.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities, lead through ambiguity, and raise risks with clear alternatives and impacts.
  • Willingness and ability to work beyond scheduled shifts, on select weekends, or overtime to meet operational needs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to CDW locations or client sites.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Experience leading enterprise generative AI, agentic AI, fine-tuning, distributed inference, or advanced MLOps implementations is a plus.
  • Experience with vector databases, AI gateways, observability, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and model lifecycle platforms is a plus.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, identity platforms, data estates, and security controls is a plus.
  • NVIDIA certifications aligned to the role, such as NVIDIA-Certified Professional Generative AI LLMs (NCP-GENL) or NVIDIA-Certified Professional Agentic AI (NCP-AAI), are preferred.
