Seasonal Talent Partner (Remote, United States)
Support high-volume recruiting for Safelite’s auto glass business in a seasonal remote talent partner role. Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding.
विवरण
- Attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates for qualifications and role fit
- Conduct virtual and video interviews with candidates
- Prepare and process candidate offers accurately and promptly
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding
- Keep candidate records and recruiting activity current in Workday and related systems
- Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Track outstanding actions and follow up to keep hiring steps on schedule
- Apply recruiting policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws consistently
- Complete other assigned duties
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of recruiting experience
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Careful attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Self-directed and focused on achieving results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours and adjust schedules to meet business needs
