  • Expand sales across an assigned New Jersey territory
  • Oversee the existing dealer network and deliver regional sales results
  • Develop current accounts while managing territory spending targets and budgets
  • Identify prospects in open territory, assess potential partners, and onboard new dealers
  • Visit dealer locations and provide training in sales, service, operations, and marketing
  • Act as the connection between dealers and Jacuzzi to resolve issues, explain policies and procedures, and strengthen business relationships
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least three years of regional field or outside sales experience
  • A consistent record of achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel 50–60% by car, including occasional overnight stays based on regional coverage needs
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and spoken communication abilities
  • Proven skill in balancing competing priorities and maintaining close attention to detail
  • Dealer or channel-network sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling physical products, particularly high-value products, preferred
  • Background in a private-equity-backed or high-growth company preferred
