Sales Manager, Industry 4.0 and IoT Software Solutions
Lead solution sales for WERMA WeASSIST, a real-time machine and workplace data platform. Advise industrial customers, demonstrate the software, and manage projects from initial engagement through commissioning.

- Drive sales of WERMA WeASSIST while serving as a trusted advisor to customers
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through project completion and commissioning
- Win new customers and expand strategic relationships with existing accounts
- Deliver live product demonstrations both remotely and at customer sites
- Assess production and logistics workflows to uncover opportunities for improvement
- Design solution concepts tailored to each customer’s operational needs
- Oversee commercial project responsibilities, including pricing, discounts, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Lead projects primarily in Germany and Switzerland, with international responsibility where business needs require it
आवश्यकताएँ
- Several years of experience selling solutions or providing technical consulting for industrial hardware and software systems
- Working knowledge of Industry 4.0, machine communication, and production digitalization
- Foundational understanding of process optimization and lean management in manufacturing
- Willingness to travel extensively and engage directly with customers
- Business-fluent German
- Good command of English
