Remote Veterinary Sales Account Manager — Zoetis, Texas
Zoetis is seeking a remote Account Manager to drive veterinary sales across North Austin in its US Petcare division. The role focuses on territory strategy, consultative selling, customer relationships, and product launches.

- Drive sales performance across the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets and growth-product quotas through demand-generation activities.
- Introduce new products and services while developing equipment leads.
- Apply solution-selling techniques, technical knowledge, veterinary practice expertise, and customer-value principles.
- Build and sustain relationships with selected veterinary hospitals and staff.
- Comply with Zoetis promotional standards and guidelines.
- Create and implement territory business plans, including resource allocation.
- Meet field-activity requirements through sales calls and support for medical education programs.
- Plan and execute call cycles at both account and veterinarian levels.
- Partner with Zoetis Petcare colleagues while upholding standards for integrity, compliance, administration, communication, and teamwork.
- Oversee assigned expense budgets and apply analytics and insights to guide decisions.
- Travel throughout the territory and work occasional evenings for educational programs.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate qualification.
- Three to ten years of documented success in consultative sales.
- A track record of identifying creative opportunities or solving problems to improve sales performance.
- Experience in animal health and knowledge of small-animal veterinary medicine.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make thoughtful, fair decisions using relevant information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, plus the ability to learn Zoetis systems.
- Capability to manage assigned expense budgets.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work occasional evenings as required.
- Applicants must have or obtain authorization to work in the United States for Zoetis.
